To view your order after checkout - please follow the link to the order given in the order email sent to your email address.
You can access your orders in the menu item "My Account".
Normal shipment is done within 4 days. An email will be sent when shipped.
All orders are shipped out fresh (deep frozen) from our Rosita Taiwan Net-Shop.
Taiwan - 4-6 days
*Asia - 5-9 days
*USA and the rest of the world: 6-23 days
*Be aware of variations due to your national
International shipping charges covers only the cost of air mail and do not include any additional fees or taxes your government or postal service may assess upon delivery.
We can not be responsible for products confiscated by your government. We can not be responsible for any national customs services and their services to you the customer (We have never ever, since we started our global trade back in March 2010, experienced return or confiscation of products - these products are under the law of international trade with fish oils)
Products tested by the Institute of Aquaculture, University of Stirling, United Kingdom.
If allergic reactions in contact with the oils, please consult a physician.
Right of withdrawal and cancellation:
Fresh and pure natural oils are considered as «fresh foods» and can not be replaced if the package is opened.
Item must be returned in the condition you received it (new and unused) , and be wrapped in the original packaging. Return costs is borne by the customer.
Customer is responsible for proper storage after receiving our oils. We can not take oils in return not properly stored by the customer. For storage information and requirements, please read more about this in relation to each of our products.
If you have received a different item than the one you have ordered, or there are defects in the goods, please as soon as possible contact us to rectify this.
For products not sold as «Fresh and pure natural oils» a written legal form for Right of Withdrawal will follow each shipment.
Our warranty does not imply any limitations on the warranty for goods by current law. The general limitation period is two years after you took the goods, or five years if the product is supposed to last considerably longer than two years. These deadlines apply naturally enough, not to our oils and «fresh foods».
